The Maxey House:
The Maxey House is a non profit organization that help women in need. We have a residential shelter in Garland Texas and we house any were from 4 to 6 women at a time. These women have been released from prison, getting off drugs we have a drug program with counseling for them, been on the streets and just need time to recooperate. We help them with job search, job training, clothes, food, shelter, and so much more. We are totally equipping the lives of these women to transform them into successful women walking in there purpose. You can visit us at www.themaxeyhouse.com. We are always in need of household items, business attire clothes,casual clothes, personal hygeine items, and anything you think they might need. Transportation is a big issue maybe someone can donate a nice vehicle to this organization. We also accept monetrary donations to help with the maintenace and upkeep of the bills...We also have monthly fundraisers to help these women and showcase there progress...For more information regarding the Maxey House please feel free to call Ms. Eva Miles she is always in need of help to help these women in need.
